  ofcourse, thats what i do.....ha. sorry for the late reply....dont get on here on weekends!! if its just weight loss your looking for, its as simple as this.. if you burn off more calories than you eat in a day...you will lose weight. skipping, swimming and running are perfect for quick loss as they use every muscle at once....and i must say, NO NO NO to diets...hate them, little and often is the key!!

  My surname is Welsh so maybe we could be related..itz LLOYD ha ha? Before you say it, I get the Andrew Lloyd Webber joke all of the time, wish I had his money haha. I was born in Manchester which is probably the 3rd biggest city in England (NWest). I love Manchester, it had a big rennovation when it staged The Commonwealth Games about 10years ago(like the Olympics but smaller). There's no coastline unfortunately and the city is famous for it always raining here. Itz still all good though and I don't southern/London English folk, probably based on my football/soccer allegiances lol. You heard of Manchester United? I've calmed down about Rampage!

  Ha ha ha. Yeah I heard some really dire reviews of that film so your review doesn't surprise me, hence I gave it a miss. Does annoy me on here about US fans giving away the result of TUF10, we don't get the 2nd episode until saturday, BEHAVE NUMPTIES ha ha(I'm in a grumpy mood, can you tell). Just remembered I've been a bit rude so far and not really asked that much about you(apart from what I've read on your profile). So, you're 21 and have a little cutie, does Daddy bring home the bacon then(do the financial bit?). Never crossed the pond yet but would love to in the next few years. Would to do all the Capitol Hill tourist thingy, visit the Deep South and not forgetting New York!

  I've calmed down a bit now, big shame though, makes the TUF10series a bit of a joke now! I just hope that Rampage is doing the right thing cos he's only 30/31, thatz not old for an MMA star. Especially as the UFC is getting bigger and bigger, it seems v strange to quit now. It seems to be over money and then Dana White boxing him into to a corner. According to Rampage, if Dana had just put the proposed Memphis-Rashad fight back just by a month, then he would have done it. Dana then goes bad mouthing him all over the net, calling the film and about how much money Rampage would be getting. Who's my man gonna train with now that is any good...ha ha?
