  I noticed your comment on Millerlite2go's blog. Forrest was worse than horrible in the Anderson Silva fight. He did a shadow boxing routine, ate some light love taps, took a fade away punch, then layed on the ground and cried Uncle while waving his hands in the air. To make matters worse he ran away? He ran out of the ring? He lost his heart and found a glass jaw. The glass jaw I've written about....but losing his heart...almost unforgivable. When you go into the ring you are being paid to give 100% and he brought 1% for the fight and gave even less after the fight.
