  most often, the guy who's more chatty cathy about the fight is the one who gets spanked and i'm hoping the upcoming machida/evans fight is a prime example of that.

  yea thats true rushdelia...but he says "he got rocked" to much. Me personally, I just dont like him...Plus he talks way to much and I understand hes a commentater and thats his job.

  Some fighters are confident whereas others have to get themselves hyped upfor the fight so use trash talk. Also fighters use it to get into their opponents head. I appreciate fighters who don't trash talk and treat their opponents with respect but the likes of Nick Diaz still have alot of fans and he's full of trash talk. RUSHDELIA- How long you been training to fight? What grades have you earned and in what martial arts?
