  Silva will most likely retire in 2010. By that time there could be an up and coming phenom to take his place. Lets hope and pray for that. =]

  I think the MW division will be fine. I've known for some time that Anderson has wanted to fight Roy Jones Jr. and I personally think its great. I'm just a little upset its more at the downside of Jones' career...woulda been nice to see him fight Silva in his glorious KO days.

  wow, i didn't know about this... it seems a bit odd to me. is this going to be a trend? mma fighters being matched up against boxers? why is there such a desire for these fights to happen? are they trying to get the boxing fans who aren't interested in mma, to convert? i like boxing, but imo mma is far more exciting. if these match ups happen, i'd rather see the boxers convert to mma, instead of the mma fighters revert back to a one dementional sport... i hope silva pulls it off and wins, that would be awesome to witness!!
